Dustin L. Clemons is the president and founder of Been Raw Catalogs, an entertainment production company and creative consultancy, and the founder and managing principal of Clemons Wright, a management-consulting and risk-management firm for founder-operators and middle-market companies. He runs seven operating companies across five industries and is based in Los Angeles, California. He holds an M.S. in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and a B.S. in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.

In music he records as Big Dus — a Southern Hip-Hop artist with roots in Charleston, South Carolina and the voice behind the Street + Tape project. The catalog discipline he built as an artist is the same discipline Been Raw Catalogs brings to the talent it develops.
